Street nameplate reporting

Submitted on 29 May 2018 by Ellie Metherell

After heavy rain in the Spring and a spate of anti-social behaviour, St Albans City and District Council:e have received an increased number of damaged street nameplate reports. To assist them with the process, they would appreciate it if any reports could provide the following details:

  • Street name plate.
  • The junction (both road names).
  • Town name
  • Nearest postcode.
  • The condition of the street name plate and whether it is still in situ.
  • A picture would be a bonus but not essential.

If one is missing, damaged or cannot be read easily, you can email streetnameplates@stalbans.gov.uk or telephone 01727 866100.
